We move at your pace and shape each session around what feels natural and comfortable for you. Whether your energy leans soft and subtle, bold and expressive, or somewhere in between, the experience is guided with intention, care, and respect for where you are. You don’t have to fit the space. RAINROOM
The Rain Room is one of the most versatile spaces in the Boudie Barn. It can feel dark and moody, like the image you see on the homepage, or soft and ethereal, transforming into a pond like you see here. With subtle changes in light and movement, the space adapts to your energy, whether that feels bold and sultry or calm and feminine.
ConfidenceCREEK
Confidence Creek is where strength meets softness. Set along the wooded edge of the property, this spring fed creek offers a natural, grounding space that feels raw, feminine, and unapologetically powerful. Whether you are knee deep in the water, barefoot along the bank, or fully leaning into that bold backwoods energy, this space invites you to move freely, take up space, and feel deeply connected to your body in a way that feels natural and real.
ClawfootTUB
The clawfoot tub is equal parts playful and peaceful. Warm water, bubbles, soft light, and a space that feels instantly comforting. Whether you’re splashing a little or sinking in and exhaling, this set is about enjoying the moment and feeling good in your skin.

This isn’t a downtown studio with glass walls and valet parking. The Boudie Barn sits quietly in the Alabama countryside, surrounded by open space, fresh air, and my curious, sometimes spicy horses.
On a really good day, you might even pull up to me sitting on the porch holding my favorite chicken. And honestly, that’s part of the charm. This slower, more private setting is exactly why women love it here. Before you ever step inside, you’re given a moment to breathe, laugh a little, and leave the noise of the outside world behind.
