Parasitecleanse

Why I Did It. What I Experienced.
What You Should Know.

Whycleanse?

Why Did I consider it?

I’ll be honest. I was skeptical.

I didn’t grow up thinking parasites were something “normal people” dealt with. But the more I researched, the more curious I became. Especially after learning that if you have pets, walk barefoot, garden, spend time outdoors, eat undercooked food, or have ever traveled, the chances of carrying parasites are far higher than most people realize.

At the same time, my hormones were off. I didn’t feel like myself. I was exhausted, inflamed, foggy, and honestly desperate to feel good again. Nothing conventional was giving me answers, so I decided to try something different. That’s when I chose the parasite cleanse from
Rogers Hood Apothecary.

WHAThappened?

On day two of the gut cleanse portion, I passed an approximately 8-inch worm. And that was just the beginning.

Over the next 30 days, I passed multiple species of parasites. Some were obvious. Some were small. Some were things I would never have recognized without education. One even presented through my skin in the form of a rash.

I continued passing parasites until the very last day, when I passed around 30 liver flukes. That was the moment everything clicked for me. At then end of it, I felt so much better. It was a struggle at first, I didn't think I could go through with it, but I'm so glad I stuck with it. I know cleanse twice a year.

Whatparasites
Can do...

Parasites are not just a “digestive issue.” They can affect the entire body.

Long-term parasite infections have been linked in research to an increased risk of certain cancers, particularly involving the liver and bile ducts, due to chronic inflammation and tissue irritation. Other possible negative effects associated with parasites may include:

• Chronic fatigue and low energy
• Hormonal imbalances
• Brain fog and poor concentration
• Anxiety, mood changes, and irritability
• Digestive issues such as bloating, constipation, or diarrhea
• Nutrient deficiencies
• Skin issues including rashes, itching, or unexplained breakouts
• Poor immune function
• Sleep disturbances
• Weight gain or inability to lose weight
• Sugar cravings and appetite changes
• Inflammation throughout the body
• Joint or muscle discomfort
• Headaches
• Food sensitivities
• Liver stress

Parasites consume nutrients meant for you, release waste into your system, and can disrupt normal bodily processes over time.

WHAT I USEd

The Cleanse I Chose & What to Expect
I personally chose to use the full parasite cleanse kit, although you do not have to. Rogers Hood offers individual products, and many people start there. I decided to use the complete kit because I wanted to support my body as thoroughly as possible and address more than just parasites.

At the time, I didn’t feel “off” in just one area. I wanted a more comprehensive approach that supported detox pathways and overall balance. One full kit can also provide multiple rounds of cleansing, depending on how it’s used.

Rather than listing exact dosing or timelines here, I always recommend following the guidance provided directly by Rogers Hood. Their website outlines the protocol clearly and responsibly.

What the Kit Supports

In addition to parasite cleansing, the kit supports other areas that may impact how the body feels and functions.

Heavy Metal Support
Heavy metals may contribute to brain fog, fatigue, neurological stress, and inflammation. Supporting detox pathways can help reduce overall toxic load.

Binders
Binders help escort toxins out of the body rather than allowing them to recirculate, which may help reduce detox-related discomfort.

Candida Support
Candida imbalance has been associated with bloating, sugar cravings, fatigue, skin issues, and gut imbalance. Supporting gut balance is an important part of the process.

Everything works together to support the body as a whole rather than addressing one issue in isolation.

What to Expect During a Parasite Cleanse

Not everyone will visibly see parasites during a cleanse. Many are microscopic. Others may resemble mucus, fibers, seeds, or unusual debris. Education is an important part of the experience.

Rogers Hood offers exceptional customer support, including an active Facebook group where you can post photos and ask questions. If you prefer privacy, you can email them directly or use their downloadable guides to help identify what you may be seeing. You are not left guessing or navigating the process alone.

WHy I'm Sharing

I don’t share this to scare anyone. I share it because it changed how I understand my body. This was a turning point for my health, my hormones, and my energy. Everyone’s experience will be different, but awareness is powerful. If you’ve tried everything and still don’t feel like yourself, this may be a missing piece worth exploring.

This cleanse is not about extremes. It’s about education, support, and giving your body the tools it needs to function optimally. If you choose to explore this path, do so informed, supported, and empowered.

Why This Isn’t Talked About in the U.S.A.

In many countries, parasite cleansing is done regularly and preventatively. In the United States, it’s rarely discussed, often dismissed, and not part of routine wellness conversations.

That doesn’t mean parasites don’t exist here. It simply means we aren’t educated about them. I have my own "conspiracy theory", but we won't go there. â€‹

FinalTHoughts

I want to be clear about something.

I don’t often endorse products, and Rogers Hood Apothecary did not reach out to me to ask for a review, a collaboration, or for this page to be created. This is something I chose to share on my own.

Photography is how I serve women creatively and emotionally, and I will never downplay the power of that. But over the years, I’ve realized that helping women sometimes goes beyond the camera. Not every woman feels ready for a photoshoot. Some are still trying to feel comfortable in their own body. Some are struggling with energy, hormones, inflammation, or just not feeling like themselves.

After experiencing such a noticeable improvement from doing a parasite cleanse, I felt called to share this resource in the same spirit that I share encouragement, confidence, and education. Not because I was asked to. But because I genuinely wanted other women to have access to something that helped me feel better in my body.

This page exists because I believe helping women can look different at different stages of life, and if this information helps even one woman feel more like herself again, then it belongs here.

WannaSee?

This part is completely optional.

For women with curious minds and strong stomachs, I’ve chosen to share real photos from my personal cleanse. Not to shock or scare, but to educate and be transparent about what I actually experienced.

These images are not graphic, but they are real. If you’d rather not see them, you won’t miss anything by skipping this section.

If you are curious and want to better understand what parasites can look like when they leave the body, you can view them below.
